B70 – 75 CL (6 BOTTLES)
B70 NOTES: Intense cherry color, aromas of ripe fruit with mineral nuances. Maximum expression of BAIGORRI’s own complexity, elegant, round and very balanced between the tannins provided by the wood and those of the grape. Very long and persistent end.
B70 AGING: Red wine made from very old vines over 70 years grown in small plots from Sierra de Cantabria. Grapes of the Tempranillo variety selected by hand, grain by grain, using selection tables by vibration and weight. Manufactured separately in open casks of 600 liters. Then the wine is separated from the tear, taking advantage only of the wine from the dish. Malolactic fermentation and 22 months aging in new French oak-tree and extra fine grain barrels.
